Robert L. Habig, PhD, Installed as CLSI President
Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA—May 2006— Robert L. Habig, PhD was installed for a two-year term as the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, formerly NCCLS) President at the annual CLSI Leadership Conference held 26 to 29 April 2006.  In addition, Dr. Habig will serve as Chair of CLSI’s Executive Committee and as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Gerald A. Hoeltge, MD Assumes Role as CLSI President Elect
Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA—May 2006—Gerald A. Hoeltge, MD was installed for a two-year term as President-Elect, Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, formerly NCCLS), at the organization’s annual Leadership Conference held 26 to 29 April 2006. In addition, Dr. Hoeltge will head the Chairholders Council for the global standards organization.

Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA—May 2006—W. Gregory Miller, Jr., PhD was initiated for a two-year term as Treasurer, Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, formerly NCCLS), at the organization’s annual Leadership Conference held 26 to 29 April 2006.

Valerie L. Ng, PhD, MD, Installed on CLSI Board of Directors
Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA—May 2006—Representing the professional  member constituency, Valerie L. Ng, PhD, MD, was installed on the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, formerly NCCLS) Board of Directors at the organization’s annual Leadership Conference held 26–29 April 2006. Prior to the conference, CLSI active members nominate and elect the members of the Board of Directors to serve three-year terms.
