Notice of M100-S15 (M7) Table 3A Erratum

We have identified the following error in document M100-S15 (M7), MIC Testing Supplemental Tables.

In Table 3A, Acceptable Limits for Quality Control Strains Used to Monitor Accuracy of Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) (mg/mL) of Fastidious Organisms (page 142), the MIC ranges for Haemophilus influenzae ATCC® 49247 were misaligned, beginning with erythromycin.  Correct ranges are as follows:
