Exceptional Response to Tanzania Volunteer Opportunity 

Thank you for the responses for the Laboratory Resident Mentors in Tanzania volunteer opportunity.  The response was incredible!  It was a difficult decision.  We have selected five volunteers for the first visit, yet there will be additional opportunities.  For those who were not selected at this time, we thank you and we may be calling you in the near future.  We are seeking volunteers for a variety of activities, so if you cannot spend three months overseas as a mentor, perhaps you can travel for a week or two, or participate in a non-travel opportunity. CLSI continues to expand our work in building global health partnerships in Africa.  Join us in making a difference, and strengthening clinical laboratories to improve the quality of health care.
