Holiday Greetings

While it’s still “just” early December, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year at CLSI.   With an energized and engaged Board and dedicated Technical Committees in place, we have reason to celebrate a very successful year. Our strategic direction is clearly defined and with it our return to a strong financial position.  Sale of standards, the geographic reach of their distribution, and the number of membership organizations continues to grow, reaching record levels this year.  These highlights are just a few of the accomplishments to be acknowledged.   I encourage you to read more about these initiatives in the 2006 Annual Membership Report.

On behalf of the 23 full-time staff here at CLSI, I thank you for your unyielding support of standardization and the CLSI voluntary consensus process.  You have been pivotal in making 2006 one of our most productive years. We send you our best wishes for a happy holiday season.  Here’s to more of the same in 2007!
